Rates

Fixed price repair for all studying Uni or TAFE students.
Student fixed price $55 for minor work. Max $99 for other repairs and upgrades.**

General onsite servicing at workshop prices $99 per hour onsite from 15 July 2008

** We will quote your job on initial appraisal. $55 price max 1 hour. Parts not included.
Minor work defined as but not limited to virus removal, application install and configuration, parts upgrade.

Rates from 15 July 2008

Onsite Service $99.00 per hour.

Minimum fee call out rate of $99 which includes first hour or work

Estimated cost of the total job needed will be advised during the first hour

If the distance to service is over 30 min we reserve the right to change travelling time.

Multiple calls or hours in remote sites will allow this rate to be waved.

Yes we do support remote sites from our Toowoomba base

Workshop Service.

Drop in the job to our drop off point leave your details and problem report, feel free to phone us first for a quick diagnosis .

If you are unable to bring in the item yourself we can arrange a pick in the Toowoomba area.

$55.00 Quote fee includes first half hour of work

then

$55 per half hour

We may need to send items away to an authorized repairer, if so we will notify you first for approval and estimation

Drop for workshop is business hours for the ScrapnPatch office
